Called to schedule a service call, since we live in a small town I was expecting to have to wait a few days for a Technician. Not so with Sierra Air the Technician (Joe Bryant) was at our home the same day. He was very professional and very knowledgeable about HVAC systems. He answered all of our questions and fixed the issue within an hour. We will definitely use Sierra Air for any future HVAC problems!!
